We get tons of emails asking us for the replacement or repair of Yureka, Yuphoria which we can't do as we're not affiliated with YU Televentures Pvt. Ltd. in any way. Read disclaimer here: Disclaimer.

In this post we'll cover if and when your YU Mobile gets damaged how you can repair or replace your device and details about YU service centre and customer care. When Yureka was launched last year, Rahul Sharma, CEO of YU announced a new type of door step service saying
"If you're buying a phone online then why you should be going to an offline service centre"

There are two different situations related to your device's warranty

1. Newly brought YU Yureka, Yuphoria, Yunique, Yutopia

Every YU Device bought from Amazon comes with a 14-day replacement guarantee, if your newly bought Yuphoria or Yureka has any manufacturing defects out of the box then you can directly contact Amazon India and ask for replacement.

2. Products within warranty

YU devices come with extensive warranty. We have 12 months warranty on the handset and 6 months warranty on out of box accessories (battery, charging adapter, USB data cable & in-ear headset).

If your device is within warranty period and doesn't have
  1. Any kind of water damage.
  2. Any kind of accidental damage.
  3. Any kind of damage arising through wear and tear or rough usage of the product.
then you're eligible for door step service. You can contact here
Terms of Service
  1. For any issues with the handset or the accessory, customer need to contact YU support team.
  2. YU Support team will do necessary troubleshooting on the handset/accessory to confirm the issue.
  3. Once YU Support team confirms the issue, they will raise a ticket to authorize the replacement of the handset/accessory.
  4. The doorstep replacement of the handset/accessory service is currently available in 115 cities in India.
  5. For cities, where the doorstep service is not available. Customers can send the device directly to our central service centre and we will reimburse the courier amount to them.
  6. The warranty of the replaced handset/accessory will continue to be from date of purchase of the original handset/accessory.
